 This design was created for my client, who wanted something low-key yet distinct, making it a one-of-a-kind piece featuring black Swarovski crystals. The bow is not very high, and we chose a matte color that showcases the top beautifully. My client needed a made-to-measure boot working with a high instep. Made to measure costs an extra $170 well worth it If stock size is not going to work. MTM extra $170  boot  is less if stock size .
